  • Retinol is an active skin care ingredient so a patch test should be performed at least a day in advance to see if any reaction is experienced.

    Apply Rare Retinal Serum to clean skin nightly. Ultra-sensitive skin may be able to use 2-3 times weekly. Always apply sunscreen when using this product to provide a protective barrier.

    It's generally recommended that the cream only be applied once weekly for the first few weeks, increasing to every other day for a month until it can finally be used nightly.
